Detailed Itinerary for 4 Days Kenya Maasai Mara Safari
Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve
Early in the morning, depart Nairobi for the world-renowned Maasai Mara Game Reserve. The park is endowed with the grandeur of sweeping savannah, flowing rivers, rolling hills, and riverine forests, which provide ample grazing for a diverse range of animal and bird species, including the big five. Enjoy a leisurely and beautiful road journey, with a quick halt at the View Point to take in the breathtaking splendor of the Great Rift Valley.
Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge, then spend the early afternoon unwinding. Embark on a game drive in the late afternoon to look for animal species. Dinner and overnight stay at your Lodge.
Day 2: Full Day Game Viewing in Maasai Mara
Enjoy an early morning game drive in search of the Big Five and other wildlife. Return to your lodge or camp for a mid-morning meal before exploring Maasai Village to learn about and witness how the Maasai people coexist with the jungle’s wildlife. Return to the lodge for lunch and spend the remainder of the afternoon at leisure before heading out on the game drive in search of more wildlife.

Day 3: Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park
Following your early breakfast, head to Lake Nakuru National Park. A freshwater lake with around 2 million pink flamingos that come to feed on the abundant algae, it is home to over 450 bird species, and also serves as a refuge for the Black Rhino and White Rhino, as well as a sizable population of other animals.
Upon arriving in Nakuru, proceed to the lodge for lunch and spend the remainder of the afternoon at leisure. In the evening, go on a game drive in search of animals in the park before heading back to your lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Transfer Back to Nairobi
Today you’ll take a morning game drive in search of animals. Return to the lodge for breakfast and check out before embarking on our eventful road drive to Nairobi.
