Day 1: Leave Kampala for Murchison falls national park via Zziwa Rhino sanctuary

On the 1st day of your 6 days Uganda wildlife safari, Once you are ready to start your safari, your driver guide will meet you at your communicated place of pick up and at the agreed time. You will be briefed on the expectations of this safari and set out on this 5 hour road transfer. You will drive to the Murchison falls national park and have an enroute visit at the Zziwa rhino sanctuary.

The Zziwa rhino sanctuary is a home to the endangered rhino species of Uganda. This is the only place you will get to see the rhinos in their wild habitat. You will have lunch and connect further to arrive at your hotel in Murchison falls national park.

Day 2: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise

Right after having breakfast, you will connect with your driver guide who will be waiting for you to start the day. You will set out to the park for a game drive for a chance to spot the wildlife of Murchison falls national park. You will spot the Rothschild giraffe, the elephants, lions and the kobs among the wildlife of the park.

In the afternoon after lunch, you will connect for a launch cruise of the River Nile where you will get to enjoy the beautiful Murchison falls and also spot the aquatic life like the hippos and the crocodiles and also spot some bird species while on this boat trip. You will get back to your hotel for dinner and rest for the night.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibaale forest via Hoima-Kagadi road

On the 3rd day of your 6 days Uganda wildlife safari, breakfast will be served and you will later transfer to Kibaale forest national park. This is a full day drive and you will connect from Murchison falls national park via the Hoima- Kagadi road to the Kibaale forest. You will have an enroute lunch and arrive at your hotel in the evening hours. Settle in and have dinner. Spend your first night in the Kibaale forest.

Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking in Kibaale forest and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park

Chimpanzee trekking in Kibaale forest will have you waking up early to catch the early risers. Your driver guide will take you to the starting point of the trek to attend the morning briefing and after you will enter the forest in search of these playful creatures. This Kibaale forest is a home to 13 other primates. After your chimpanzee trek, you will connect for lunch and after head out to connect to the Queen Elizabeth national park. You will arrive at your hotel in the evening hours. After checking in and settling in, you will have dinner and spend the night in Queen Elizabeth national park.

Day 5: Game drive and afternoon boat cruise

Wake up to a yummy breakfast at the hotel and prepare for your early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth national park. You will enjoy about 5 hours spotting the wildlife in the Kasenyi sector of this savannah park like the lions, leopards, elephants, the antelopes like the Uganda kobs, the Impalas, water bucks among others.

Connect back to your hotel for lunch and after drive to the Kazinga channel for an afternoon launch cruise for a chance to spot the biggest number of hippos in one place and also spot the crocodiles. You will be able to do some bird spotting while on this Kazinga channel boat cruise. You will after connect back to your hotel to end the day with dinner at the lodge. Spend a second night in the Queen Elizabeth National park.

Day 6: Transfer back to Entebbe/ Kampala

Right after breakfast, you will check out of your hotel and drive back to Entebbe or Kampala as you will advise. This is an 6 to 7 hour road transfer and you will have an enroute lunch and arrive back in Kampala in the evening hours. You will be dropped off at your advised location be hotel or airport in time for your next flight.
